Mezclar 2.-Por separado pesar el Triclosán Irgasán DP300, medir el Alcohol y disolver el triclosán. 3.-Agregar lentamente y con agitación la solución de alcohol-triclosán a la mezcla del paso 1 4.-Pesar la Trietanolamina y agregar a la mezcla , agitando suavemente hasta formar el gel. 5.-Verter a un Envase dosificador con silla de montar o tapón flip top. **** Fragancias para gel Naranja, Lavanda, Eucalipto, Manzanilla , Herbal etc. GEL ANTIBACTERIAL

CÓDIGO COMPONENTE CANTIDAD

1659 Triclosán DP300 3.0 gramos
1043 Glicerina 50 gramos
0214 Alcohol desnaturalizado 500 gramos ( 625 ml )
Varios **** Fragancia para gel 1 gramo
0599 Salcare SC 81 70 gramos
0182 Agua destilada 376 ml ó g.
1668 Trietanolamina 4.6 gramos

1.-En un recipiente poner Ciba Salcare SC 81, agregar el agua, la Glicerina y la Fragancia para gel. Mezclar

2.-Por separado pesar el Triclosán Irgasán DP300, medir el Alcohol y disolver el triclosán.

3.-Agregar lentamente y con agitación la solución de alcohol-triclosán a la mezcla del paso 1

4.-Pesar la Trietanolamina y agregar a la mezcla , agitando suavemente hasta formar el gel.
